Shipping & Returns

We ship all orders through the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx.

We strive to offer our customers world-class customer service and support. We assure you every item we sell is brand new so you can get that new part smell when you open the package. We offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 2 PM U.S. Pacific Standard Time.

No backorders. We are a direct-to-customer business who owns everything we sell and sell only what we have in our warehouse.

Orders will ship the same business day or the next available business day. We cannot guarantee the delivery time of any package. U.S. orders should be received within 14 working days of placing it. More likely it will be received within three days. International orders will take longer. If for some reason there is a delay on our end, we will contact you to let you know the adjusted delivery time that you should expect.

We will not accept requests to process and bill a shipment under another shipping account.

Please note: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to a value-added tax (VAT) or import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

These charges must be paid for by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they might be.

K3 Pro Cycling ships throughout the world as permitted by U.S. law.

Please understand, we do not have control of your order once it enters the shipping process. Some countries do not use the same tracking number system as the USPS. 

Order Confirmation
We will send an order confirmation number to your email address. Please keep this information in a safe place. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of processing your order please contact us immediately.

Return Policy
We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies. Contact us upon receipt. We will happy to fix it. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase. An item being returned needs to be in new, unused condition with all the original packaging included. The item cannot show any signs of installation or wear. Used products will not be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. The customer is to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Shipping fees are never refundable.

There is a three-month manufacturer guarantee from the original purchase date. Item must be returned to be replaced. Pictures are not accepted. 

K3 Pro Cycling assumes no responsibility if the end-user manipulates or the modifies product. Modified or manipulated items will not be under the guarantee.

Closeout items are final sales and do not have a warranty.

Your Credit Card Number
We do not store nor can we see your credit card number. We use a secure credit card processing company to accept and charge your card. The only numbers we see are the last four digits of your card which is used for order reference only.
